Midwest Maintenance was recently recognized for its 50-year membership with Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI). BSCAI represents a worldwide network of more than 1,000 member companies throughout the United States and 15 countries globally. BSCAI members provide cleaning, facility maintenance, security, landscaping and other related services to building owners and managers.
Partnering together with BSCAI over the last five decades, Midwest Maintenance has benefited from the association’s educational programs and seminars, individual certifications and industry data and research. BSCAI assists member companies to make peer-to-peer connections and model outstanding integrity and professionalism.
“We are truly honored to partner with BSCAI for 50 years,” says Jamie Gutierrez, Midwest Maintenance Chief Executive Officer. “When my parents founded our company, they had the wisdom and foresight to join BSCAI, which has grown into the clarion standard for the building services industry worldwide.”
Both Jamie and Sam Zeineddine, Midwest Maintenance Business Management Director, have earned the BSCAI’s Registered Building Service Manager (RBSM), the highest level of excellence for building service contracting management. The RBSM designation with BSCAI is one of the industry’s most revered and challenging certifications to obtain.
